Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment:
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
No‑shows:
No‑shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.
Late arrivals:
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
